About 99% of the world is familiar with this powerful search engine. However, there are many techniques to improve your research. Getting 85,000 web pages on a single topic can be overwhelming. In addition to learning how to search, discover many other features in Google such as Picasa, Froogle, maps and some features you should avoid. For those overwhelmed by Google, a few alternate search sites will also be discussed. Prerequisite: familiarity with the keyboard and the internet.
