Through discussion and class materials, we will demystify the world of investing. You will come to understand the meaning of cash equivalents, bonds, stocks, mutual funds, and annuities, and how each category can work for you. #162 ESTATE PLANNING ~ This is a detailed seminar on estate planning techniques and estate administration, with an emphasis on reducing or avoiding transfer taxes and maximizing lifetime wealth.  There will be an in-depth review of federal and state transfer tax laws, including recent changes.  Learn about the probate process and avoiding probate, how wills and trusts are used in estate planning, how to plan for incapacity, and the importance of re-titling assets and updating beneficiary designations.
