About Us

Westport Continuing Education (WCE) provides high-quality educational and enrichment programs to the residents of Westport, Fairfield County and the region, annually serving nearly 6,000 children and adults with over 700 programs. Classes, workshops, and camps are offered throughout the year after school, in the evenings, and on weekends for adults and children.

Classes are led by dedicated educators, certified teachers, and professionals from the region. We partner with diverse organizations and businesses to provide engaging programs and enrichment. Adult classes include arts and crafts, business and money matters, cards and games, health and wellness, home and garden, pet training, and technology/computers. WCE is a division of Westport Public Schools, whose mission is to empower and inspire students to reach their full potential as lifelong learners and socially responsible contributors to our global community. We achieve this by fostering critical and creative thinking and collaborative problem solving through a robust curriculum delivered by engaging and dedicated educators. We are committed to maintaining an environment that supports inquiry and academic excellence, emotional and physical well-being, appreciation of the arts and diverse cultures, integrity and ethical behavior.
